You'll probably want to use 10BaseT, the twisted-pair version of Ethernet.
You'll need a hub with enough ports (these can be had for about 30$ these
days), an Ethernet card for each machine, and some cables.  Depending on
the particulars of the DSL setup, you may need dual Ethernets on the
machine that acts as as the gateway to the net.  It's better from a
security and flexibility point of view to use the Amiga for this, but dual
Ethernets on an A3000 is rather expensive in both cost and slots.
