Sorry for all the trouble I have put you to. I have completely removed all the
Miami files from the drawer and started again. Everything is now working OK.

I cannot understand what went wrong.  

I do not have the original Miami on my computer. I have been using MiamiDx
ever
since Holger made it available. Obviously something went adrift somewhere.
I have just used the two latest downloads again on a freshly installed beta
and
everything now is as it should be.
