I learn a bit more every day;) And was wondering since month what a
cable-modem is. A 10BaseT hockup to a server means one has to have
such a ability in the house? But isn�t it for sending only and for
receiving you need a modem? Or is this for satelite-connection? 8:-(

Fred, two more questions. I got Samba and Apache running and can access
everthing from the PC-side, it�s great! How to I access files residing
on the PC from the Amiga? My filers won�t show any PC-device on the
Amiga, 'info' shows just the Amiga-devices.
And, if I ever want to try to go online to the internet from client-side
through the LAN, how do I shutdown the internet-connection in Miami
emmediatly working with the client?
