I've seen the same thing here. It seems to happen during peak periods
or when my ISP is being flaky in other ways. I think what's happening
is the router is slow or drops the ball completely and Miami times
out. I normally get connected on the second try. On the few occasions
when I kept getting the same error message, I called my ISP and found
out they were down completely.
