Or if you actually have a file named Miami.key3, where did it come from?
If it's a misnamed file (e.g. from saving an email attachment), that could
be the problem.

The *automatic* registration process should still be working AFAIK. It's
only the methods requiring Holger's personal attention that are
temporarily broken.

I doubt that anything but "r" is needed for normal use, but an upgrade
might screw up if "w" (and perhaps even "d") is missing.

Esepcially unlikely since the blacklist is in the executable, which hasn't
changed in a while.
