Ok, well here goes, now I'm saying this all from memory so you'll be
best off reading something like "RedHat Linux 6 Unleashed" from Sams
books. I've used it with SuSE so the information is transferrable.
You need to setup ARP masquerading on the serial port, create a serial
interface as per the book, turn on IP forwading and IP Nat as I
presume you don't have fixed IP addresses. Ok, I know I'm not being
too helpful, but there is a big chapter on this in the book and I'd
basically end up copying it out here. So read the book and try it
out, there are quite a few things to do but it's not particularly
difficult. You should be able to do it in 2 hours or so. If you get
