WHAT !!! , i think I'll rely on a thing called "customer support"

but keyfiles are more like travelers cheques than cash (you can't barter keyfiles
around like cash, and if you loose cheques they CAN be replaced)

o i c ;) (BTW. i know exactly what i should have done;)

i might try a barrister ;)

yeah yeah , all i needed to do was back up my keyfile/save code, ect
i'll explain ,,
i had a b/u on a spare HD , but ...
i had a very bad hd problem and i thought it was the drive.
so i swapped some stuff around (loosing the bu in the process).
the crash had caused me to loose some progs that weren't on the bu so i was going to
re-configure everything and then do a new bu.
BUT. it turned out to be a cable problem as it recurred on the other drive, but this
time it was COMPLETELY FATAL.
if i had the RDB's of the drives saved (thought i did?) then i reckon they would have
been alright but as it was i couldn't get SFSSalv to find anything :(

well i have a bank statement that proves my payment.
It seems the main problem is that Holger Kruse doesn't offer much support for his
program.
if he is too busy to deal with support then maybe he should allow somebody else to
handle things as well ?
mmm, i've just realised that this thread is prolly off topic as only holger can deal
with it .
thanks everyone for your comments :)
