Holger doesn't live in Orlando anymore.
Additionally, if you check his website http://www.nordicglobal.com you can
see the various methods of registration.
I did not see a snail mail option at all. Perhaps that is not a valid means
of registration anymore?
So check out the site and follow the directions there.
