Any other weird hacky programs running on your Amiga? that's the first place
I'd look. I had something like this happen to me last year and it turned out
to be ARQ, not related to Miami at all.
What I'd do is drag OUT of your WBStartup nearly everything not 'essential',
and, comment out with a semi-colon many other programs (not your miami assign,
obviously) in your user-startup, then reboot and test again. THEN, add them
back in one by one until you see the culprit.
Not likely YAM, as far too many people are using that with Miami successfully
(including me) with no incidents on machines up 24-7 for weeks at a time, to
have a problem there. Probably something else, likely a hack program.
Running MCP, for example? Switch to MultiCX 2.80 - I've had a lot better luck
with it and it does nearly all the same things.
