I have a potential solution, It sounds like there is a Version problem with
the librarys, (I don't know which one). But when you launch YAM it loads the
correct library, and from then on it is resident and everything else uses
that. Otherwise Miami will load the old one!, Sounds good to me. And I
think if you scrubbed your Amiga of all librarys and did a clean Install of
Miami, (Including Assigns, Paths, ENV, ENVARC, etc etc) It will correct it.
(Or at least I hope it does!;)

Some bizarre ClassAct problem? I'd always found ClassAct to be more crash
happy that MUI. I'm not that fond of MUI, either, but it's the GUI I'm
using.
I've got all of the GUIs installed (MUI, GTLayout and ClassAct, by the
way. And I've never noticed any problem along the lines that you have.

I'm sure that whatever's on the web site is the latest version.
The about requester, for my Miami says it's 3.2b (09.11.98). And I get
the same result if I check the version in another way.

Good luck with that one. You're bound to get a few heated responses.
Nobody's had any contact with Holger for ages, that we know about. There
was a report in the past that the automatic registration procedures were
working, though.
I've just had a quick look at the web site, and the appropriate pages load
up, and the like. But I've, not tried to use the registration procedure.
