I'm working on BMW 2002 right now, that I purchased from a friend.  Along with 
the car, are a pair of Weber DCOE 40's (151s) from EBay.  One of the carbs 
throttle spindle is frozen in place, and both are pretty crudded up.  Any 
chance they are rebuildable?  Air leakage issues in the spindle bearing area 
which are unfixable?  Before buying all the literature I can trying to become 
educated in the ways of Webers, I'm trying to figure out if it's worth the 
trouble in the first place.

If the high comp. M10 doesn't work out, the thought of a turbo B6 in there has 
crossed my mind :-)
