Webers are entirely rebuildable. IIRC, they have ball bearings on the
shafts. You can find good deals on ebay, especially on the 40s. The
45s are a little harder to find. I bought two DCOE 40s from a guy in
Italy for about $100. It has been a while, though and I don't know if
he is still selling them.
They make good power but are fuel hogs.
