Have you done a wiggle test on your pin? Sometimes they get spread out and don't make good contact with the pin from the ecu.

No fans at any setting. I jumped the connector at the ECU and the fans come on. Is the something I am missing? My meter is at work so I didn't check the ECU to see if it was going low, but since I got the fans to come on taking the pin to ground I have to assume the ECU is not going low. I am certain I am on the right pin (checked and rechecked.......). I am running it now with a switch taking the relay to ground (that circuit is woking fine).
