Emmy, my golden retriever, and I will be attending
again this year. We'll be traveling in a yellow Lotus Elise. I hope
that any of you guys and gals who spot the car will come up and say
hello. Once again I will be furnishing a couple of $100 FM gift
certificates as door prizes to be handed out at the banquet. This event
is always a good time. I'm looking forward to seeing a lot of old Miata
friends and making some new ones.

I registered for this event (previously known as the FM Open
House) yesterday, and was told that registrations are coming in very
slowly. I wonder how many of you are like me, and are planning to
attend, but just haven't bothered to call and register yet. If so,
please do it. FM needs to know expected attendance so they can better
