Hi friends I'm sure one of you kind folk can help me out with a boost issue I'm having with my Greddy. I've stretched the the rod to the maximum and now have wastegate base of 174kpa - boost target is 200kpa with the old Denso EBC. The problem is that boost will not go above 174kpa and the wastegate apears to be open throughout. Wastegate % remains at zero regardless, so I'm guessing I either have an issue with the EBC or the wastegate actuator. Is there a way I can test that the EBC is functioning ok? Any other suggestions much appreciated as, although 174kpa is fun, I kinda miss 200kpa :( Cheers _______________________________________________ If the wastegate is open, you're going to make little boost, obviously, so what you're saying is that the waste gate will not close to allow boost to build? I'm not sure I understand the problem, but there are two things I'd check: (1) the diaphragm, and (2) intercooler hoses.
