I just gave you the possibilities ;-) Send me a log if you like, but I
think you're going to find a good old fashioned mechanical problem (I
vote for lose clamps or split hoses somewhere).

Ok, I'm getting this - gradually. I did datalog it and what I found
particularly puzzling was that AIT's were rising even though boost
appeared to be pegged at 10 psi. It almost seems as though the turbo is
working hard ~ 15psi hard~ but only generating 10 psi of boost.
Does that make sense to you and does that narrow down the possibilities.
