I still think the Metro was never designed to have the camber adjusted.
But, I found this product that might work for you.  It takes the fixed
strut bolt and allows you to get some alignment adjustment out of it.

Sitting here thinking about it and it just occurred to me. The
adjustment didn't change my camber because it is a toe-in adjustment.
UGH! I guess I need to go put it back (well, I'll do a string toe-in
adjustment while I'm under there). Wonder how you are supposed to change
the camber on these cars?
