Car: GM 2004 Aveo

When a car is brand new and you bring it in for its first an oil change what
would cause the ATF to become black?  The dealer gave all kinds of BS
answers to why and said there was nothing they could do about it.    This is
my GF's car and its now at 100,000km and every oil change she is shown the
ATF fluid and she gets it flushed and she is getting tired of it and wants
to get the problem solved.
