Very strange. I'm confused how it originally fit with the engine on the stand, then *something* changed. Only thing I can think of is the center section of the turbo getting rotated, but that's pretty tough to have happen spontaneously. I could take a photo, but it's not really gonna be helpful. Just a tube and the pan. The tube actually wants to point toward the crank pulley. Being angled that way would relieve the stress. But there's no room for it to point that way really. And the rubber hose would have to be pretty long to get it over there. I've had it in and out of the car some more. I've had it in and out of my bench vise in an effort to bend it a bit to fit. It's not gotten any better. I'm just gonna call in the morning and buy a new hard line. It still has plenty of flex in it with the twist in like that. I've taken it off and on a few times in an effort to somehow put it on differently. Been very careful each time to not damage the hose. But it twists like this every time. It looks strange enough to worry me. I measured the twist with a small caliper (getting it in there was quite fun). 14mm is as thin as it gets. 17mm is the measurement at the thickest area of twist. Both are wider than what I assume the inner diameter is (13mm). So. Anyone think I need to just trash it and get a new line? Or is this okay? I'm unsure. Never dealt with a line like this. Thanks!
