I wonder if Carbotech has fixed the issues I found with their race pads: Crazy variable bite during the 1st high speed stop after cooling down on a straight. During the post straight braking instance (from about 140 to 70) on each lap, bite would start moderately strong, then get stronger & stronger during that braking zone... then when it was time to ease up on the brakes, bite was so strong, they almost felt sticky as I had to ease pedal pressure dramatically. This was another variable I didn't wish to deal with, so switched to Performance Friction.
This was with racing pads. Carbotech street pads may not have this weird ramping friction issue.
