Gee, I sure have enjoyed reading the trial and tribulations of Mac
users/collectors. I see the mail in getting thin so I'll put in my
two bits.

I got my first start on an Apple II+ (used) about 19??. At work
(Kodak in Rochester, NY), I was one of the first to get a Mac in our
group (they were IBM oriented at the time) - it was a Mac 128, and
boy, was I able to a lot with it. Had a wide carriage printer to
made some large drawings, E size when Scotched taped together. I
moved through several Mac's there, was using a SE when I retired 10+
years ago.

My home present machine is a 7600/132 with added RAM and a G3 PCI
card, plus USB, and iLink cards. Have had a Mac Classic and 6100/60.
I'm about to start learning to do something with iMovie for my own
tapes. I like video, I tape our church services, edit them at
Community Access Center, then they go out on cable. I'm not up to
using Final Cut Pro - may some day.

BTW, I have a new, sealed Cinestream ver. 3 by Media 100 that I do
not plan to use. Any interest out there?

`Dave
