Yes, I do. I was lead Macintosh technician for The Support Dept. Inc. and
AMS Computers in Grand Rapids, until laid off "due to business conditions"
in July 2002. I have continued to support Mac users as a sole proprietor.
Most of of my clients are designers, either home-based or in business
settings. Any kind of Mac support is going to pull you into workstation
configuration, network troubleshooting, and management issues, so I don't
try to draw the line. I don't sell hardware or software. This keeps my sales
counsel more pure.
