Good idea Paul, but unfortunately the 333 MHz iMac doesn't have Firewire, only USB. If it did, I could use my external DVD drive with it or Target disk mode to another iMac. Since the install disk has to be bootable, I don't know how I can use a disk image. Wouldn't it have to be booted off the CD drive? In addition, there is only about 3 GB available on the 6GB original drive, so a DVD disk image would be too large. Anyone with a copy on CD or a way to create a copy on CD? David
