I think technically a hCard @class="tel" without a type should be
converted to something like:
TEL:02076115040 and the consuming application default it to 'home',
but Outlook doesn't like vCard TEL without a TYPE, so most converting
apps will insert the default type explicitly.
As the person is wanting the work attribute to be included without actually
specifying it, why can't an include pattern be used to specify the desired
work attribute.
