There is spam filter on the wiki, for the word "cialis". Unfortunately, this is incorrectly configured, and blocks words like "specialist", "specialism" etc.
This happens even if the edit is unrelated, but the trigger-word is on the existing document. The only work around is to change (e.g. to "special-ist") or remove it.
