But, if you want to continue looking at PAT, check with Cornell Pumps in Portland, Oregon: http://www.cornellpump.com/ Click on "Products" then "Hydro Turbine". I haven't had the chance to use one of their machines, but they do have people on staff who help with equipment selection, and I think they are prepared to sell runners rather than impellers for their pumps.
