Nando,
I appreciate the feedback! This is a bit of a weird client-contact to deal with. I'm aware of the basics, but I'm involving myself only as a resource, not intending to be the project manager. From what I know, the river is the St.Lawrence Seaway, and as such, sticking stuff "in" it would be tricky, and there would be no appreciable head for any reasonable distance. A paddle wheel at the end of a pier would seem more reasonable, but, I'm afraid, it's too little flow for the amount of exploitation they're capable of. We'll see. Thanks!
