I appreciate the feedback!

This is a bit of a weird client-contact to deal with. I'm aware of the 
basics, but I'm involving myself only as a resource, not intending to be 
the project manager.
 From what I know, the river is the St.Lawrence Seaway, and as such, 
sticking stuff "in" it would be tricky, and there would be no 
appreciable head for any reasonable distance. A paddle wheel at the end 
of a pier would seem more reasonable, but, I'm afraid, it's too little 
flow for the amount of exploitation they're capable of.

We'll see.
