Hey Craig: As far as I can tell, the Telsa boundary layer drag turbine is an 'urban legend'. As far as I can determine, a working Telsa turbine has never been independently proven to produce any work.
A lot of guys have web sites saying that they have working Telsa turbines, but they will not let you see them. Other guys want you to invest $50,000 into their Telsa turbine 'R&D' program...but they don't have a working turbine either. In some circles saying all of this will get you killed. The Telsa turbine has fanatical believers that would make conservative religious fanatics seem reasonable.
