I'm a civil and environmental engingineer, working in
Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST)where
i graduated from, I'm in my country Rwanda which is
among undeveloped countries of africa.
I'm very much interested in technical training on
designing and construction of hydropower plants. In
our country we have some potensial sites for
microhydropower but not hanessed.
I have seen your information from the website and i
thought you are the right person to consult for the
assistance.
