Yes!! and by your question you indicate that you do not have much experience 
in Hydro work

There are, as well, software that can be used to calculate the volume and 
the friction losses at defined carrying water volumes.

What do you want to do ?.

There are many in this group that can calculate or estimate the power 
available in each site.

70 feet = 21.3 meters
900 feet = 214 meters
18 feet = 5.48 meters
32 " = 812 mm =0.812 meter

Assuming 1.5 meter/sec water velocity in the pipe.

Volume = PI * (0.812/2)* 1.5 = 0.518 M^3/sec.

Power= Head * volume * gravity* efficiency

gravity* efficiency === 0.6 assumed.

5.48 * 0.518 * 6 = 17 KW

Of course this is a crude calculation since I have not calculated the 
friction losses and the water velocity is minimized for low friction losses.
