Key Skills: Oracle Projects and Jdeveloper Expertise with Planning and Customizing of Work Flow along with SSHR according to the business needs and Client requirements of the organization. Work Structures like Organization, Org Hierarchy, Jobs, Position and Position Hierarchy and Grades. Knowledge of Elements, Element Sets, Consolidation Sets, Element links and benefit contribution for payroll processing. Designing of organization structure Accounting Key flex fields, position control, RC, ESR Workflow process designing, PTO leave plans, leave accrual, cobra. Fast formulas etc. Setup of Approval Style, Periods, Preferences, Alternate Names, Eligibility Rules and Time Entry Rules for Exempt and Non-Exempt Employees. PA experience is recommended and beneficial. This is a contract position.
