Experience programming skills with some OO language such as *VB.Net, Java,
C++, or C#*
Experience programming skills with *silktest *
Experience with *XML messaging*
*Optional Skills: *
1. Knowledge of HTTP, HTML, XML, SOAP or WebServices (Desirable)
2. Knowledge of HL7, NCPDP, 270/271" is a plus (Desirable)
