Analyze business needs and translate into system/functional requirements. Design, develop and enhance data models, ETL applications, HTML-DB (application Express/APEX) forms and/or Business Objects components to meet business requirements. Must be able to write maintainable PL/SQL procedures when necessary and write test cases and unit tests.
