On 4/2, I went to Vassar Farm and saw a male American Kestrel. I went again
after work today to look for him, and ended up spotting both a male and female
kestrel near the same location. A red tailed hawk was also present.

The female belted kingfisher was also present and surprisingly curious of my
presence this time around. Belted kingfishers have always been a tough bird to
photograph for me because of its shy nature.

No great blue herons or common mergansers this time around.

For anyone interested in non-bird sightings, I saw one red-eared slider turtle
today and also one large northern water snake.

Hoping to get somewhere else other than Vassar Farm later this week if the
weather allows.
