I decided to check out Bowdoin Park today to see what was out there. The
little marshy pond with the observation boardwalk was my focal point, but then
I continued into the woods to look for woodpeckers and whatever else it had in
store for me.

At the marsh:
- Pair of Canadian Geese
- Pair of Mallards
- 2 Goldfinches
- 3 Ruby Crowned Kinglets
- Downy Woodpecker (Male) pecking on a swamp reed
- 2 Mourning Doves
- 4 Red Winged Blackbirds
- 3 Common Grackles

Through the woods:
- Downy Woodpecker (Female)
- 6 Norther Flickers

Pretty uneventful day. Was hoping to see a warbler or two, or maybe hear a
screech owl towards the end of our hike, but nothing of the sort. Work week
starts tomorrow, so I don't know when I'll be out next.
