That looks like the Canadian Air Force A310 thatβs still used for VIP travel after many, many years of service. The A310s replaced 707s in the late β70s or early 1980s. Just guessing, but since the King was invited to open parliament this session (the first after an election), the invitation likely included the offer of transportation. β¦WKL
