All unit tests pass for me with the trunk at revision 12179.

OS: Ubuntu 7.10 (Gutsy Gibbon)
Java: Java 2 SDK 5.0 version 1.5.0_13
Ant: version 1.7.0
Linux: 2.6.22-14 SMP
CPU: 32-bit Intel Core 2 Duo 1.80GHz
$LANG: en_US.UTF-8

* I'm running the tests from the command line as "ant run_test"
* I'm in the "US/Pacific" timezone. Issue 1491 mentions there may be
problems running unit tests in other time zones.
* I use a separate database for testing and deployment (although I
think this is standard practice)

So I cannot reproduce, sorry. :-/
