Aliya and Adam There are actually 2 different problems. One is the HTTP 500 error and the other is a DB EOF Exception that happens at midnight 9 out of 10 days. I cannot say if users where kicked off because no one was logged on at midnight.
I will document some more on this problem. Does midnight DB EOF problem sound like a new issue? I looked thought the known issues and I did not see anything that looked like a fit. I think Gary found that the issue was due to batch jobs running at midnight each day (which kick any logged-in users out of the system and also seem to kill all DB connections also). ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
