Looks like the svn server on java.net is down (or at least not
responding).  This will most likely not be addressed by java.net until
business hours on the US west coast (GMT -8).

Hi, Pramod.  I'm seeing the same thing.  I'll see if I can find anyone
with access to the build server, though we may have to wait until the US
is back online (unfortunately, I don't have access from India).  --aB

Hi, 
I am not able to access the Mifos SVN server for the last few hours
(since around 6 a.m. GMT, 29 Jan). 
I'm getting this error message when I try to do an SVN Update from
TortoiseSVN: 

Error: PROPFIND request failed on '/svn/mifos/trunk/mifos'   
Error: Could not open the requested SVN filesystem
