If we haven't already filed a support request with java.net, I believe there is an issue tracker where one of the Mifos project admins can file a defect for the java.net svn server: https://java-net.dev.java.net/servlets/ProjectIssues FYI, at the viewcvs URL ( https://mifos.dev.java.net/source/browse/mifos/ ) the error is a little more precise.
