Chandan, I would like to add a request for the addition of this feature. Can we had a role to permissions for overriding this requirement? I can see instance where a MFI might make the decision to award a loan to and individual who falls outside of the age range. In that case, to open a loan, they would have to shutdown Mifos, change the configuration, start Mifos, create the loan, shutdown, change the config back, and start Mifos again.
Seems better for things like this to create the option to give certain people rights to override the requirements.
