LSIM: Date for repayment is not being auto-selected from client's meeting date
and is defaulting to Monday

in Mifos 1.3.1, with LSIM turned on, if the user is creating a new loan the day
of repayment will be auto selected to match the client's center meeting.
In Mifos 1.4.2, this is broken and the selection defaults to Monday.
REPRO:
Have LSIM turned on
1. Find a client who has a meeting date on any day but Monday
2. Create a loan for the client
EXPECTED:
Day of meeting is selected
ACTUAL:
Monday is selected
