Was able to reproduce this error on our GLIM enabled trunk deployment -
http://ci.mifos.org:8104/mifos. Error when submitting on Edit only occurred
once I added a Source of fund to the loan.
Steps to Repro on that server:
1. login and search for loan 000100000000053
2. click on "Edit account information"
3. click preview, submit
4. note red dot when clicking submit.
Loan 000100000000048 is the same loan product, but has no Source of Fund.
Editing this account generates no error.
