REPRO:
1. enable GLIM
2. create a group loan (see 1_create_glim_loan.pdf)
3. click to edit the group loan (see 2_edit_glim_loan.pdf)
4. sometimes (cannot reliably reproduce) we see
3_stack_trace_when_submitting_edit.pdf
5. try again, until the stack trace in 4 does not occur
6. see red dot on clicking submit from preview page (4_red_dot_error.pdf)
7. logs show 5_stack_trace_after_submit.pdf, whose short message is
org.hibernate.ObjectDeletedException: deleted object would be re-saved by
cascade (remove deleted object from associations):
[org.mifos.accounts.fund.business.FundBO#12]
