Include the following strings
"The original translation for this
Chinese version is contributed by China Social Entrepreneur Foundation"; and
"本中文
版的原始翻译是由友成企业家扶贫基金会提供的。
for the Chinese translation.
Add these into the footer of Mifos login page - string is there for Chinese
properties only, and is invisible for all others or empty.
Must do this for both 1.6.1 and Release E
