Admin users needs batch job failure description listed next to failed batch job

New quartz batch job page needs to display batch job error description for
failed batch jobs. Currently, admin user sees something like:
ApplyCustomerFeeChangesTaskJob
Next start: 28-Sep-2010 00:00:00 Task Priority: 5
Previous run start: 21-Apr-2010 00:00:00 Previous run status: Failed
Task type: CronTrigger Cron expression: 0 0 0 * * ?
While seeing the batch job has failed is important, this isn't enough
information. Need to include the description that typically is displayed with
a failed batch job - e.g. the account number(s) that have encountered the
failure.
