Steps to reproduce:
Reverse an existing loan
Click Redo loan from Admin, select the right client and the loan type.
Expected:
The user should be able to edit the payment dates and amount on review
installment screen.
Actual:
The user cannot edit the dates or amount as the system displays the flow as
create new loan account
