still seeing behavior where use is kicked into the Create Loan path when doing
a redo loan.
steps:
- logon to http://ci.mifos.org:8085/mifos
- go to admin, redo loan
- on redo loan, search for "cav"
- loan instance name: Household Improvement Loan
- click continue on "Redo Loan account - Enter Loan account information " page
- continue past questions
- on review installments page of workflow now.
actual result: on create loan page, not redo loan where I should be able to
edit dates, amounts.
