In FS, we mention that we want the file the user downloads to default to a
certain file name. This is the file name we suggest in the instructions.
Implement this story to automatically name this file and save it in a location
the user can get to.
Acceptance Criteria:
1) File name matches format specified in FS
2) When user runs the export, the XML file is automatically stored in a
location accessible by the user (on our server)
