Description:
I want the GL Interface Report to be automatically generated everyday at a time
I can specify so that I do not have to run it manually everyday
Acceptance Criteria:
1) GL Interface Report is saved as Mifos Tally GL Interface Report
DD-MM-YYYY.PDF
2) Report is accessible by user - stored on server
3) There is a place for the user to set what time everyday this is to be
automatically run and saved

In FS, we mention that we want the file the user downloads to default to a
certain file name. This is the file name we suggest in the instructions.
Implement this story to automatically name this file and save it in a location
the user can get to.
Acceptance Criteria:
1) File name matches format specified in FS
2) When user runs the export, the XML file is automatically stored in a
location accessible by the user (on our server)
